Terms & Conditions

Account Registration

Game Outcome and Settlement

Results recorded by our systems or the game provider's systems are final and binding, subject to the error provisions below.
  • Time of settlement: Winnings are credited to your Account Balance immediately after the successful completion of a Game, unless technical delay occurs.

Cancellation, Errors, and Malfunctions

Activation and Allocation of Bonuses

Limitation of Liability

  • Disagreement with changes: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining withdrawable Balance, subject to applicable verification checks and these Terms.

Termination & Suspension

OBSERVE: This section must define when and how accounts can be blocked, suspended, or closed, and how funds are treated.

EXPAND: Grounds must cover breach of Terms, AML/KYC issues, bonus abuse, technical or legal reasons, and responsible gambling interventions. It must align with offshore regulatory expectations and provide clarity to Canadian users on notice, withdrawals and forfeiture.

REFLECT: The following rules govern suspension and termination of Accounts:

Termination by You

  • Closure request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or, where available, through the Account settings.
  • Remaining funds: Upon closure, we will, subject to verification and these Terms, pay out your withdrawable Balance. Active Bonuses and associated winnings not yet meeting all conditions may be cancelled.

Suspension or Termination by Us

  • Grounds for action: We may suspend or terminate your Account, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe that:
    • You have breached these Terms or any applicable Policy;
    • You are underage or have provided false or misleading information;

    • We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or competent authority.
  • Effects of suspension: During suspension you may be prevented from placing Bets, receiving Bonuses, or making withdrawals. We may continue investigations and request additional information or documents.
  • Effects of termination: Upon termination:
    • Your right to use the Site and services ceases immediately;
    • Active Bonuses and pending promotions may be voided; and

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any services provided by us shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
  • Informal resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you should first contact customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
